Greetings,
First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm Akimel O'odham from the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community in Arizona. The ones I knew out there have grown up and are living their lives, while I tried to keep in touch, they have moved on. That's life when you're doing a Life sentence. I never thought to do the whole pen pal thing, but I'm up for trying new things. I would love to hear more about the life that's out there. I know there's more out there besides these walls that I sit behind.
I'm looking for a woman to form a friendship with, or perhaps even fall in love with, a woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to express it. Since I've been down, I've been working on my mind and body. I've been working out, reading, and playing basketball, trying to keep up with the free world. Whether it's the news or reading different magazines, I'm not left too far behind in these times.
