3. Messages promoting inmate to inmate correspondence will not be tolerated. This is a crime in certain states and offenders will have their IP address reported to authorities.
4. You must be 18 years old or over to use this service. Minors contacting inmates is a federal offense. Offenders will be reported to the sender's internet provider and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
