Hi! My name is David. I'm a very positive, focused, intelligent, funny, and adventurous guy who's interested in finding a pen-pal with a warm and friendly soul who is as outgoing and driven as I am. I enjoy writing letters and reading good books. I read a lot of non-fiction, but I also like detective mysteries and spy novels by authors like Robert Ludlum and Walter Mosely.

I try to keep healthy by staying active doing things like playing basketball and working out. I'm no bodybuilder, but I work out to stay in shape. And, at 44, I've just learned to play handball! I also like taking long walks, listening to music, and playing chess.

I've made some bad choices in my life, but I don't let them hold me back or determine my future. I'd be more than happy to explain more after hearing from you. My life is an open book.
