Friendship Wanted
I’ve been incarcerated for some years, and I take full responsibility for my actions. Every day, I wake up with the intent to better myself because I refuse to return to prison. I’m building something substantial in here to make it last out there.
What I’m looking for in our friendship is honesty and consistency. From me, you will always get the truth. I’d rather have you upset with me for telling you the truth than have you disgusted with me for lying.
I’m a man of loyalty, which to me is self-love. I have the utmost respect for myself and others, especially women. I hold no prejudicial views towards anyone; who am I to judge?
I’m laid back and pretty much keep to myself. I spend most of my time exercising, studying for my exams, reading books, and watching movies on my tablet.
I’m a non-smoker. I don’t drink or do any drugs.
Whoever you are reading this, I hope to hear from you soon. I hope we can cultivate a long-lasting friendship both inside and outside these walls.
Truly,
Mark Sullivan
