Hey! I hope you've stopped on my profile in an attempt to learn more about me because I'm sure looking to get to know you! But, why are you here? Why am I here? While I can't answer for you, I can say that I've joined this pen pal program in hopes of building long-term – if not lifelong – relationships with people with similar interests, ideals, and experiences. My interests include a desire to build a more just society - through social and criminal justice reforms/advocacy - a deep passion for animals and all things nature, constantly furthering my overall knowledge through college and reading, participating in physical activities - such as camping, hiking, and working out - and attending social events with friends. I'm diverse in my viewpoints, honest in my thoughts, not quick to judge, and accepting of all! What differentiates me from everyone else? Well, unlike most my age, I happen to have been incarcerated since the age of thirteen, making my life experiences rather limited. But don't allow my sentence dissuade you from reaching out as - thanks to juvenile justice reforms currently taking place - my sentence will soon be changing and I won't be serving nearly as long as implied.
