As I prepare to re-enter society after being ‘frozen’ in the prison culture time warp for the past eight years…I often face unexpected challenges, such as the rising cost of goods and services.

My name is Markes. I am an honest, loyal, and assertive individual with an adventurous spirit, welcoming new ideas and suggestions. I have no tolerance for individuals who struggle to be truthful and who say one thing but do the opposite. I am not a perfect person and do not claim to be. I’ve made plenty of mistakes throughout my life, but I believe in God and His Golden Rules. I’m not searching for somebody perfect or free of blame…just somebody humble enough to know that we all fall from time to time. It’s how that person gets up and moves forward that defines their character.

Writing, gardening, sports, country music, movies, horseback riding, and bulldogs are a few of my many likes. I’m a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, but I enjoy living in the country just as much as I do in the big city. I attended college in San Diego, where I studied theater and English. I’m a massive fan of the Dallas Stars (NHL) and Las Vegas Raiders (NFL), plus all things Star Wars.
