I am constantly reading books, and I am very into educating myself. I am always working to be a better me. I am currently on a scholarship at Southern Utah University. I studied Real Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing, Contracting, and Construction Management. I have launched several businesses during my incarceration with varied degrees of success. This was no easy task from a prison day room. I am a very productive person, and I like to stay busy. I owned and operated a photo seller company. I've authored and published many self-help books and started my own publishing company. I also penned, published, and distributed a nationwide newsletter aimed at justice reform. The response to this project was so great that it led me to form a reform advocacy group. I then founded and launched an index/co-op of companies and projects to create a community of support for their success. Together we have worked to enhance the lives of many positive-minded incarcerated individuals by providing them an opportunity to do something meaningful and productive during their sentences. I also own and operate a mortgage company that helps low-income people purchase homes and work with them to keep their payments around what they currently pay to rent. I am a country boy and maybe a bit of a cowboy. I have never been married but do have adult daughters. Family is very important to me. I have even written books about parenting from prison and preserving family relationships during incarceration. I am very loyal and loving. I would describe myself as a hopeless romantic. I am strong, athletic, and fit. The woods are my happy place, but I love the beach too. I am very ambitious and, if I'm being honest, a bit of a workaholic. I am empathic, find it easy to connect with others, and see things from their perspective. I do volunteer work and head the hospice program at this institution. I can be either extroverted or closed off depending on the situation. I love to laugh and can be very funny. I am a good listener. I would say that I am old-fashioned in a lot of ways and the kind of guy your father or grandfather would respect and get along with. I connect more with personality than looks. I am attracted to intelligence, good conversation, and a sense of humor. I don't do drama. If I could convey one thing to you right now, it would be, please don't be afraid to contact me. We may connect and hit it off. I truly don't care about your age, body type, or any of the things that most people get hung up on. I am putting myself out there. I am a prisoner, and my life is not in the greatest place right now. There is nothing that I won't share with you about myself. I am kind, loving, and always a gentleman.
