How are you all doing? I'm reaching out to the world with open arms, hoping to embrace someone and be embraced in a real, genuine conversation. Yes, I made mistakes in my life, but I learned so much from my past "mistakes," which made me a better man. I survived and grew from my past. I think Eckhart Tolle said it best: "The past has no power over the present moment." A wise man once said, "Everyone changes, becomes a better person. We all should get that chance. I just want my chance." Now I know that being humble is the key. My past is my lesson. The present is my gift. The future is my motivation. And I like what Nido Qubein said: "Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start." I learn the meaning of my suffering, and I grow from it. And when I feel like giving up, I think about what Muhammad Ali said: "I hated every minute of training, but I said don't quit; suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion." Let me list a few things about me and how I pass the time. Workout, listen to music, listen to people; I love to listen. So let the situation take its course and message me through the Gettingout website or app.
Thank you!
