Hello, readers; thank you for taking the time to read my description. I won’t write too much, but here are a few things about me. I’ve been incarcerated for the last 16 years. I’m from Chicago, Illinois. During this time I’ve been away, I’ve accomplished several goals, including earning my GED and associate's degree, and I’m just a couple of credits away from receiving my bachelor's degree this semester. I love school, particularly history, working out, sports, and spending time with my family. I have four brothers, a sister, and a host of nieces and nephews that I treat like my own since I don’t have any children of my own. My mom is a constant supporter, and I lost my father a couple of years ago. I am a very empathetic person, and I believe in the good in people. I love the act of loving and being in love. This is a thing I aspire to have in the future. While I’m in school, I’m focused on working to get home to my family and begin a new chapter in life. To the reader, I want you to know that I will always give you 100% of me and always be honest.
With all that being said, I look forward to meeting, connecting, and starting a chapter of our own. Maybe we will have a story to tell.
