Hey guys. My name is Deserah Chapman. I’m 5’7”, hazel eyes, fun to hang with. Some say I’m the life of the party. :) I’m looking for a possible long-term relationship. Someone who can love me unconditionally. I will have to do a few years before my E.R.P. (Earned Release Program). Upon release, I will be open to relocating. I have no ties to Wisconsin. I have no children, but I love them all the same. I also have a huge heart for animals.
