I am a country boy who loves the outdoors and all that a small town offers. I have a great sense of humor and a big heart, but I am fiercely protective of my family and those I care about. I miss home and am looking for friends or even a companion to correspond with regularly. I want to find someone I can be real with who will be straight with me in hard conversations but also with whom I can share thoughts and ideas without judgment while keeping a sense of humor and making each other smile. Life is too short to be serious all the time. I don’t have a lot of hobbies. Still, I like to read, especially history and interesting facts, as well as fiction and non-fiction about criminal investigation and inspirational faith-based books. I also enjoy movies, mostly comedies, and I like to cook. I can operate pretty much any piece of farm equipment, and I am a skilled welder. Waiting for me on the outside, besides my parents and grandparents, I have two sisters with husbands, four nephews, and a newborn niece. Family is extremely important to me.
