Just wanted to get your attention!

I’m very laid back with a sense of humor. I take most things in life lightly, but I know when to be serious. I’m a youthful 50’ish who enjoys life, and after 15 years of prison, I’m finally attempting to make new acquaintances on the outs.

Some random truths: I’m originally from NC; my parents and siblings are my heart; I joined the military at age 17 – served 18 ½ years; was married for 20 years; I’m an introvert by nature – but I’ve learned I enjoy getting to know others; I’m learning to say “no”; I can be problematic when I’m bored!

At this time, I’m simply looking to interact with new people – nothing more or less – but if deeper connections come, I’m okay with that, but it’s not what I am initially seeking.
I’m very open-minded and non-judgmental. You don’t have to believe or have the same ideologies as me to reach out. I believe people can have different opinions, agreeing to disagree without hate. I think talking about differences can contribute to having a better connection.

I’m different things to different people – i.e., friend, listener, helper, protector, encourager, baby-daddy – again, JOKING – I have zero kids. I’m an open book, hoping to be a positive light, and at this stage of life, I try to be as transparent as possible….even about my sketchy past! Who can I be to you?
