Hi, my name is Dmitry. I am a Russian-born Canadian incarcerated in Illinois. I’ve already been locked up for about 14 years. I’m single and ready to mingle! Hah! No, seriously, I’m just looking for somebody to talk to, a female friend. In all this time in prison, I got myself figured out and straightened out, for the most part, at least. I’d like to find a connection, somebody who likes to talk and open up because I like to listen. I like a girl who is naturally full of Joy but at the same time values maturity and understands serious things without losing her lightheartedness in doing so. I myself am light-footed and carefree ( do not be misled by my IDOC photo! How many people have a mugshot or driver’s license photo that portrays them in a bright manner? And I do not like those who take things too seriously. I prefer to run free with the wind and to be part of the flow of nature.

Much of what I say is in jest, and I always laugh at myself, especially when someone is trying to make fun of me or even offend me. And I only laugh at others when I know they are rich and prankish enough to laugh at themselves.
