The primary focuses in life are purpose, identity, potential, and vision. The purpose of anything is its' why and its' why is the meaning. This awareness eliminates all anxieties. Identity is the foundation of confidence, and discovering this removes the attitude of competitiveness, regarding who is better than whom. One's vision gives them a sense of direction and an assurance that this person is safe to follow. This is also determined by the type of vision a person has. The clarity of this vision allows others to see it and themselves to benefit from it.

Having a sense of what potential is gives the individual the wherewithal that they possess exactly what is needed to make the vision a manifestation. Just like the potential success of a tree is in a seed, so is the possible success of a generational business in you. I am looking for echoes of this; people whose actions will be echoed in the next ten generations by this, and those that can grow me in different ways that I can grow them. I am centered on 'Building People Up Structurally to Build People Up Generationally,' and behind this is the importance of a solid foundation. People from all walks of life have something to offer, and together, phenomenal things happen.
