Hello! How are you?

My name is Gil, and I joined this site in the hope of finding true friendship and someone who will shine a light through these dark walls, and also break the monotony and loneliness that come with this reality called incarceration. Like every human, I’ve made mistakes in the past, but I’ve learned from them and become a better person as a result. I know that my current situation may not make the best first impression. Still, sometimes you have to put a person ahead of the situation they find themselves in, to gain a full appreciation of that individual and absorb the true beauty they intend to bring into your life. I’m also a firm believer that true friendship and even love can be found in the most peculiar of places. Now, to be modestly brief, I’ll tell you about myself. My pastimes include listening to music, playing sports, watching movies, and learning new things. I’m brutally honest and down to earth as they come. I’m a lover of life and everything beautiful; my true colors will always shine through in our conversations.
