What’s up, my name is Daniel. I am 36. Although my current release date is 12/02/2035, I am planning to return to court soon to have the remaining count dismissed. After three years in the county, I lost my trial, and after spending a year and a half in prison, the superior court realized they had made errors in the case and overturned the jury’s guilty verdict. During resentencing, the judge made another error in re-charging with one count after dismissing all 14 counts. I am a man of faith, and I have faith that you are reading this for a reason. I am truly blessed to have gone from a life sentence to being released soon, all by the grace of God. I have maintained my sense of humor and ability to smile despite the rain and pain. I am often told that I have positive and good vibes. I have been doing my best to stay healthy, and it hasn’t been easy being a Vegan for over ten years.
