My name is Carl. I'm looking to correspond with positive-minded people. I've been incarcerated for a little over 19 years, and I have less than 1 year until I'm eligible for parole. I'm working on getting out of the institutional state of mind and would love to talk about real-world situations. I love music, sports, and I like to read. A lot of fiction and some non-fiction.

I'm a big-time animal lover and looking to find connections with people who could help me find a job working with animals in some capacity.

Physical fitness is also a big deal to me, and I'm always looking for tips and new workouts. I also have a great deal of knowledge in this department.

Right now, I'm finishing up the last couple of credits I need for my High School Diploma, and then I will be taking some college courses. I'm also on the waiting list for the Dog program here, where we help troubled dogs by training them so they can be adopted. It's a great program.
