I'm currently working on getting my cookbook, Con Appetit, published, and on other writing projects with the hope of reaching beyond these walls. I appreciate the simple things life has to offer. I've realized it's not how much we have but how much we enjoy that creates happiness. Each day is either "winning or learning a lesson." I enjoy music, movies, and staying in shape, with various workout routines and playing basketball. Breaking bread with friends and trying to create meals out of what we can gather creates a sense of family here. I've never been married and have no children, but I'm blessed to have a loving and supportive family.
