I've been a yoga teacher for a decade and continue to teach. I love anything to do with my Australian cattle dog, Loki; arts and crafts; books; whole health and wellbeing; and, of course, yoga. I've always loved experimenting in all forms of crafting, especially in the kitchen. Even though I'm a vegetarian I can cook anything and being here has shown me I can cook anywhere. I'm afraid of the dark, especially dark water, but I still love to be scared. I could watch card tricks and magic shows all day. I like video games, cartoons, Sci-fi, and all things fantasy. I even have the elf ears to prove it! If I could be anywhere, I would be barefoot in a mountain forest with a fire, a good book, delicious tea, and warm company. While that would be preferable, I can adapt to any environment and flourish, making me an optimist forever. The teacup is always half full, and if yours isn't, I'll pass you the teapot.
