What's up?

My name is Rovon, but I go by Rizz. I'm 28 years old and from Lorain, Ohio.

I've been incarcerated for the past five years, with about three years left to go. Instead of letting this time define me, I've been focused on making the most of it.

I stay productive by reading, working out, and taking college classes. I'm currently majoring in business because I'm determined to build a successful future and create opportunities for myself when I get home.

Fitness is a big part of my life. I like staying in shape and keeping my mind just as strong as my body. I spend a lot of time planning, setting goals, and coming up with business ideas so I can leave this chapter behind and never look back.
