Hello Everyone! Have you ever wondered why it's so socially acceptable to go through life and never be allowed to share your every thought and experience with another friend for fear of being judged? Why are we made to feel embarrassed about who we are, the thoughts we have, and things we may have or have not done? I mean, how many people can you honestly say that know you completely? How many people can you honestly say that you know completely? The term “Friendship” has totally lost its meaning; You see friends lying to each other, and betraying each other….and unfortunately, when this happens to us, we actually punish ourselves by closing ourselves off from trusting other people in the future; how does that all make any sense? But it's what we do, right? Have any two people ever known each other completely? If not, isn’t there something sad about that?
I want to leave this world knowing that I have at least one genuine friendship; having someone to share every aspect of my life and thoughts with without fear of judgment; by having someone who wants to share every aspect of their life and thoughts with me without fear of judgment; by having a friendship that is absent of any lies, deceit, manipulation, trickery, or betrayal. Is it just me, or am I setting the standard for friendship too high? I mean, isn’t that what friends are for?
If you’re interested in a genuine friendship…
