Life is about energy. We get what we give. Awareness of this fact inspires me daily to bring positive energy into the world. Our thoughts, intentions, and actions all have a direct impact on the quality of our lives. That’s why I try every day to be my best self mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Naturally curious, I love to read everything from fantasies to historical fiction, as Ayn Rand and Don Miguel Ruiz are a couple of my favorite authors. I love to travel. I spent time in Europe and look forward to many more adventures in the future. China, Japan, Brazil, and Sweden are all on my bucket list. I’m a true sports fan and a bit of a fantasy football nerd, but none of us are perfect… right?

I’m currently incarcerated in North Carolina, though I wouldn’t have chosen this path. I’ve learned many valuable lessons that I am extremely grateful for. I’ve made mistakes in the past. I’m sure I got some ahead of me, but I will always try to learn from my failures and grow. We are built for connection, and I am always interested in meeting good people with similar values. People who are passionate about being alive. Intelligence, kindness, and integrity are attributes that I value the most.
