Hi, I'm Mark.

I'm looking for pen pals because this train called life doesn't stop just because I am locked up. I need one to hold it down, one to lift me up, and one that doesn't give a blank! I'm not a bad dude; I just made some bad choices that led me here. I like to make people laugh, smile, and feel good about themselves. I love going to the lake, camping, fishing, watching movies, surfing on the computer, meeting people online, and talking on chat lines. I listen to alt-rock, country, to R&B. I'm fit for my age. I got a big chest, arms, and shoulders. I work hard. I've changed a lot since I've been down. "The time is always right to do what's right." (MLK). I'm not out yet.

The world seems like it's going crazy with wars, mass shootings, road rages, etc. I just wish everyone would get along, work together to make it a better place, and show more compassion because you don't know how much someone else is hurting or what they are going through unless you put yourself in their shoes. Can you imagine doing one day in prison? I've done 16 years. Through your eyes and words, you can show me what I am missing.

I'll write to anyone, young or old, from anywhere in the country or overseas. I'll keep it real with you because I'm not a little kid if you keep it real with me. I know there are a lot of beautiful, caring women out there who are genuine, sweet, and don't do any tripping on a man. Those are the women I wanna meet.

EDIT: I got a bio update I want to share with everyone. There's been a lot of changes to the Texas Prison System, starting with the mail system. If you want to write me you can JPay me or send your letter and photos to a mailing center so they can scan them and send them to my tablet, which is taking a long time.
