Richard Philon's Profile
Become a Pen Pal with an Inmate - 29 year old male in West Liberty, KY
Hey, my name is Richard Philon (Richey). Thank you for giving me a moment of your time. I’m a straight, funny, outgoing, and entertaining person looking to restart and build a group of positive individuals to socialize with. I’ve been working, reading, and taking classes focusing on my future. I enjoy getting letters, texts, and pictures. My days are very boring without someone to connect with. You can contact me on the JPay website or app, or mail me a letter. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Hope to hear from you soon.
