Hey, my name is Josh,

If you're reading this, I appreciate you for showing interest in me, I hope I can give you a positive image of my character. I've been locked away for some years now, I've been fighting the system for some years trying to receive my freedom again and get out of these dungeons. There is light at the end of the tunnel now, but I continue to fight until I'm free again.

I've always strived to break the stereotypes of prisoners because we all are not the same - I'm a different breed - I'm cut from a different cloth, I'm not my mistakes and try every day to show and prove that, not only to myself but to the people helping me to get back home again.

The system only sees me with my gold teeth and tattoos, what's you, see? I'm always busy, I like to draw/tattoo, cut hair, and write poetry/rap songs all of which I'm pursuing from my cell, everybody starts with a dream! I don't know if you can see in my pictures, but I have a lot of tattoos from head to be and I have gold teeth. I'm not your average guy, I'm not as scary as I may look, I promise you (lol).

I like to listen to music too but mostly Moneybagg Yo, Project Pat, Lil Wayne, Yo Gotti, Lil Boosie, and Plies. There's other music I listen to, but I support my state Tennessee! I like watching movies (paid in full), cooking, and helping others, I'm working on starting my own program talking to at-risk teens about gangs, drugs, and gun violence.

I've seen, done, and been through a lot and kids attend to listen to me and my story because I look, and talk like them. I'm able to relate to the struggle, you feel me? I like to laugh, but I have to know you, I'm big on family and loyalty, love and respect, once I'm comfortable with you, I'll let you in my life/world.

I joke with my guys here because in a place like this, smiling is good, and I refuse to let this place consume me. I'm single and really looking for a relationship but best friends come after a stranger, so let's build, write me!
