My name is James. I was born in Belarus, am of Slavic descent, and have U.S. and Belarusian citizenship. I am fluent in English, Norwegian, and Russian. I have lived in North Dakota for the past 27 years. I own a computer service business and my own home in the countryside near Walhalla. I have 5 children and 2 grandchildren and am very family oriented. The pandemic has prevented visits with my children, and my wife passed away in 2019.
