Hello,

My name is Kurtis. I'm hoping to find a pen pal, someone who's open-minded and wouldn't mind developing a friendship with someone who is in prison. I'm trying to establish some positive contacts on the outside. I'm open-minded and have a great heart. I'm a great listener, and I love to write letters and meet new people. I'm athletic; I love sports, especially football. I'm well-groomed and good-looking. I'm smart, funny, responsible, playful, and well-read.

I try my best to stay positive, even in a bad situation. I want to tell you that I'm many things other than just a prisoner. In prison, I feel like I always have to have my hard face on. I want someone in mind that I can let my guard down with and let them see the real me. I may get out of prison in a couple of years, but during this time, I don't want to lose parts of myself to this culture. I want friends who can be as present in my life as the circumstances allow. I know that I have something to offer others, even if it's simple laughter and light-hearted communication.
