I've been incarcerated for the past 30 years since the age of 17. A high school prank that resulted in the death of a friend. I spend my time working out. Working at my job here. And last but not least, I strive to improve myself and become the best person I can be, whether in prison or out.

As for my best quality. It would have to be. I'm a great listener. And I try to stay positive and enjoy life, no matter the situation or where I'm at. And enjoy uplifting and encouraging others.
