Hey, everyone! I'm thirtysomething and fairly nerdy. I'm very outgoing, with a big personality and an offbeat sense of humor, and I love all kinds of animals. (Except earwigs. They freak me out.) I love foreign languages (I have some knowledge of Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese), astronomy, and learning everything about everything. I am a pseudonymously published author, poet, and editor, and have a passion for science fiction (especially the subgenre known as "space opera"). I earned a high school diploma and two college certificates during my time inside, and I strive every day to become the person I used to be. I love laughing, being kind, and making people's days. My other interests include history, trivia, computer science, psychology, and music, heavy metal, though not the morbid or Satanic kinds. (Ew.)
