Hey, everyone! I'm thirtysomething and fairly nerdy, with a colossal passion for all types of literature. I'm looking for positive correspondences with kind, goal-oriented people with good values and large quotients of decency, whether male or female. A bit about me: I'm fairly intelligent, love animals, have a mad passion for science fiction (William Gibson, Roger Zelazny, Edmond Hamilton, and Gareth L. Powell are just a few of my favorites), and have worked every day to make sure I improve in some way from the person I used to be. I have earned my high school diploma since I was in school, and am currently taking college classes. My interests include linguistics (I have some knowledge of Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese), astronomy, and writing (I'm a published author and poet). I’m interested in history, trivia, foreign cultures, computer science, and psychology. I also love a wide range of music, centering mostly these days on heavy metal, though not the morbid or Satanic kinds. Spiritually, I follow a hybrid of Christianity, Jewish Kabbalah, and Western Mystery Tradition. All demographics and age groups welcome. I try to keep an open mind.

A few random things about me: I've got Asperger's syndrome, I've been locked up continuously since age sixteen, and I'm very nonjudgmental.
