*FRIENDSHIP ON FIRE*

This is the beginning, and it just gets better from here! Despite my mailing address, I’m a North Carolina Native and incarcerated in North Carolina as well.

You have met a man solely devoted to sharing with you. A man that will fight daily for your laughs, smiles, trust, and the love of your friendship. You can always approach me without being judged because my job is to listen and judging someone isn’t in my character. What you receive from me will always be genuine.

I have a conviction about who I am; an unwillingness to pretend. Just honest and transparent as I can be. I will not flinch at your honesty in return. There is no aspect of your life or beliefs that I will reject. I have lived through worse than what most people have, so I have room to receive you and give you intimate compassion. I can’t heal your pain, but I can alchemize it. Stone has a song called “Give You Blue”, and it speaks of my heart more than I’m able to.

A bit about me is that I stand 5’7” at 180 pounds with a deep caramel muscular physique. I have brown eyes and short black hair with waves. I’m a writer with works of poetry, essays, and articles to my name. I am currently adding a novel of fiction to that list. I have a great love for music, with my go-to preference being 90s R&B. But I love all types from Lake Street Dive Band, to Silk Sonic, to Allen Stone, Luke Combs, and Mumu Fresh. I also love to read and haven’t found a book yet that I’m unwilling to read. Nothing fancy, but I’m in my element when it comes to cooking southern comfort foods. I love all dogs, and my house is usually controlled by pugs, miniature pinchers, and pit bulls. Given the choice, I will always choose movie snuggling at home with a blanket and a big bowl of popcorn over going to the movies, though I also enjoy traveling and healthy social life.

There is so much more to tell you. Hopefully, you give us a chance to enjoy life, even if you don’t like certain moments of it!
