Attention! This is a message for all those out there who may not be like me, but who, like me, have become jaded by lackluster relationships and false friends. While most people inherit this problem as a result of their money or social standing, my personal qualities range a little deeper. I pride myself on being honest. Not to mention that I’m loyal to a fault. I’ve begun to wonder if finding someone so similar to build a connection with could only happen by accident or mistake.

Normally, my time would be spent hard at work or enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer, such as hiking, camping, or riding my horses—anything to remain positive and productive. There is no obstacle I won’t attempt to conquer. No job is too large or small. Never would I place myself on such a pedestal to look down upon anyone or any task. We all have to get our hands dirty, eventually. I believe that it takes integrity to see the drive and passion in those people. That makes a person truly worth knowing. That is why I refuse to forfeit all hope of reaching at least one who will see me for who I really am. While I’m unable to enjoy my beloved nature at this time…as unfortunate as it may be, I dare take these moments to dream.
