Reach Out to a Prisoner - 23 year old male in Sheridan, IL

These terms apply to all users of this service. Please study them carefully.

1. By using this service, you understand that inmates do not have internet access and you must provide your own valid mailing address, which will be visible to the inmate, and email address. Any reply will arrive at your mailing address.
2. This service is intended for your first contact with the above listed inmate and not a means of staying in contact through multiple messages. You are limited to contact 20 different inmates within a period of 30 days.
3. All messages are screened by a moderator and must be written in English. Please refrain from posting adult content or references to illegal activity. Penacon reserves the right to not forward any message it considers inappropriate.
4. Messages promoting inmate to inmate correspondence will not be tolerated. This is a crime in certain states and offenders will have their IP address reported to authorities.
5. You must be 18 years old or over to use this service. Minors contacting inmates is a federal offense. Offenders will be reported to the sender's internet provider and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
